We are committed to openness and transparency. We publish a range of information about the business of the Partnership unless there is good reason not to do so; for example, commercially sensitive information. Information you may request

In accordance with the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000, people have a general right of access to information held by, or on behalf of, public authorities.

Anyone has the right to ask the Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership for any information, although there are some exemptions that may prevent it being released, including:

  • Anything we are prevented by law from disclosing, is considered to be protected, or is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act
  • Information in draft form
  • Information that is no longer readily available because it has been archived or is too costly or difficult to access
