The Partnership Board is made up of members of our senior team, alongside representatives from partner organisations (including providers, commissioners, local authorities and third sector organisations) and also from regulatory bodies that govern health and social care in England.
The Board meets on a monthly basis and its purpose is to enable partners to work together to reach a number of common goals. Additionally, as a collective, the Board also looks to identify new opportunities where health and care services in Cheshire and Merseyside can work jointly to solve problems that cannot be tackled solely by individual organisations.
It is the role of the Board to ensure that the programmes of work it is responsible for funding and overseeing are being delivered on time and to budget. In situations where not enough progress is being made, the Board uses its shared authority to remove any barriers in the system, so that projects can progress as required.
We publish the minutes of every meeting held in the feed below, so you can keep up to date with the plans for Cheshire and Merseyside as they unfold.
