My passion for health and care is down to my strongly held belief that every single person, no matter where they live, should expect the very best start in life and should be supported to live a long, healthy and enjoyable life.

What do you do to improve your health and mental wellbeing on a day-to-day basis?

I make sure that get enough sleep and I routinely walk or exercise for an hour a day, usually at the end of the day so I can process the day’s events.
