Why are you passionate about health and care across Cheshire and Merseyside?

I’m passionate about improving quality, safety and outcomes for the population we serve. I spent some years working with disability services and I learnt so much, we need to hear more from the people we serve about what makes a difference to them.

What do you do to improve your health and mental wellbeing on a day-to-day basis?

I try to eat well and focus on the things that really matter to me, I have to feel like I am making a difference in how I spend my time whether that’s at work or in my personal life.
