Why are you passionate about health and care across Cheshire and Merseyside?

Strong public health and care across the region leads, undoubtedly, to better outcomes for our people. I believe it’s important this shared vision is realised, now more than ever.

What do you do to improve your health and mental wellbeing on a day-to-day basis?

I am a determined optimist and find that a positive frame of mind and daily mindfulness can bring resilience and improvement to my mental wellbeing.
